As an educational partner with the Forum for International Trade Training (FITT), Kisserup has been continuously contracted to design, tailor, and facilitate FITTSkills curriculum and to deliver training to college/university students and business owners, nationally and internationally. Ms. Pernille Fischer Boulter, Certified International Trade Professional (CITP®|FIBP®), has been facilitating FITTSkills training modules since 2002, representing a broad cross-section of disciplines including international finance, marketing, accounting, management, operations management, human resources, logistics and law.
Recent FITT trainings include the tailored curriculum, case study development and facilitation of Exporting 101 webinars  with a focus on understanding the knowledge gaps new exporters need to address to mitigate risks and avoid costly mistakes, to  the following audiences:

• WPO, women presidents, CEOs, founders
• Black business owners
• de Seduluous Women Leaders – Retail Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program (REAP)
•  Women entrepreneurs aiming to export in the emerging market of India (CIAP)
• Employees of the Indonesian Ministry of Trade who provide business coaching to Indonesian SMEs
• Canadian undergraduate students within the Advanced Global Business Stream
• Small and medium-sized  companies across Greenland
• Senior levels of the Nigeria Export Zones Processing Authority (NEPZA) management

Kisserup has also designed FITT Exporting 101 templates tailored to Inclusive Trade Audiences: women-owned businesses/entrepreneurs, black and radicalized-owned businesses/entrepreneurs, and Indigenous-owned businesses/entrepreneurs, and new-to-export businesses/entrepreneurs.
