Kisserup developed and delivered an interactive workshop on the topic of collaborative leadership for the staff at the Pacific Island Forum Secretariat. The focus of the facilitation process was to incorporate and draw on relevant experience from the workshop participants in order to create an impactful session that enable opportunities to incorporate best practices on collaborative leadership while working with their respective teams across the pacific region.
The workshop started with a personality test assessment using the international recognized Thomas Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) assessment tool. It followed by the facilitation of the collaborative leadership curriculum along practical exercises and one-on-one session with each participants to go over their respective personality assessment and how to wok with other types of personalities.
